Use overlap to find cells that must be filled even when a clue can start in multiple places.

Overlap means comparing every possible placement of a clue and filling the cells that are covered in all placements.

On a 10-cell line, a clue of 7 can slide, but its middle cells overlap no matter where the run starts. Those overlapping cells are safe fills.
