Information the app handles

• Puzzle progress, solved-state, settings, and Premium entitlement state stored locally on the device.
• Purchase status supplied by Apple StoreKit/App Store systems so Premium can unlock and restore.
• Support messages you choose to send, such as screenshots, app version, iOS version, and issue descriptions.

What we do not do in V1

• No account is required.
• No advertising SDK is included and no ads are shown during puzzles.
• No payment card numbers are collected by the app; purchases are processed by Apple.
• No personal information is sold.

Third-party services

Apple provides app distribution, TestFlight/App Store purchases, purchase restoration, refunds, and platform diagnostics. This website may use Google Analytics if configured for Frank Lab site measurement; website analytics does not control app gameplay or Premium entitlement logic.

Retention and choices

Local puzzle data remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset its data. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain the product, and meet legal obligations. Use Privacy Choices for request and opt-out information.
