Calm Nonogram Coach Privacy Policy

Calm Nonogram Coach is a picture-logic puzzle app from Frank Lab. It does not require an account or show ads, and it stores puzzle progress on your device. Beginning with version 1.2, the app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how people move through the app and to improve future versions.
Puzzle progress, solved-state, settings, and Premium entitlement state stored locally on the device.
Purchase status supplied by Apple StoreKit/App Store systems so Premium can unlock and restore.
Product-interaction events, such as first-session flow, puzzle starts and completions, Coach usage, and Premium interest, sent to Firebase Analytics.
A device or app-installation identifier, together with basic app and device information, used to measure app usage and keep analytics events associated with the same installation.
Support messages you choose to send, such as screenshots, app version, iOS version, and issue descriptions.
What we do not do
No account is required.
No ads are shown during puzzles.
Analytics data is not linked to an account or used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
No payment card numbers are collected by the app; purchases are processed by Apple.

Third-party services
Apple provides app distribution, TestFlight/App Store purchases, purchase restoration, refunds, and platform diagnostics. Beginning with version 1.2, Google Firebase Analytics processes app-interaction events and an app-installation identifier for product analytics. On the Nonogram website, Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional website analytics. It measures page visits, lesson interactions and App Store clicks; Google may use analytics cookies and process browser/device and network information, including IP addresses. Advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in our website configuration. Our configuration sends the page URL without its query or fragment and an empty referrer. This is separate from app Firebase Analytics and does not control gameplay or Premium.
Retention and choices
Local puzzle data remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset its data. Analytics data is retained according to the Firebase and Google Analytics settings and service terms. Because the app has no account and analytics is not linked to your contact details, we generally cannot identify a specific analytics record from an email address. Deleting the app stops future events from that installation. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain the product, and meet legal obligations. Optional website measurement and storage
Before acceptance, we do not load Google Analytics or read or write campaign-source storage. Accept and Decline are equally available; the lesson, guides and App Store links work without analytics. After acceptance, same-origin sessionStorage can hold one short source value: reddit, facebook, newsletter, personal or unattributed. Only the fixed nonogram_logic_14d campaign is recognized. Later marked arrivals replace the value; unmarked navigation retains it within the tab session. It is not cross-device or cross-origin attribution. No arbitrary campaign text is stored.
We store your explicit accept/decline choice in localStorage on this origin until you change it or clear browser data. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page. Test/internal traffic remains excluded even after acceptance; an explicit internal-test flag is stored locally to preserve that exclusion. With accepted analytics, App Store links may include the short source and, when configured, an Apple campaign token. Apple processes visits to its service under its own terms.
Use Privacy Choices to withdraw: future website collection stops, the session source is removed, accessible root-path Nonogram-prefixed Google Analytics cookies are expired (other products’ cookies are left alone) and the page reloads to unload Google code. Withdrawal does not erase data already sent to Google, change app analytics, or change choices on other origins or products. Google data retention follows the configured Analytics settings; this page does not assert a verified retention period. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
